Thomas E. Glick and Rosanne J. Shore, certified mediators, established Center for Conflict Resolution in 1995 in order to fill a need for area specific mediators in the South Florida area. Center for Conflict Resolution has been responsible for providing outstanding mediation services ever since. Center for Conflict Resolution successfully resolves over 5,000 mediations per year. We have over ten mediators available to resolve any type of mediation issue in all areas of law; admiralty, construction, employment, family, liability, and workers' compensation. Through our subsidiary company, Interpreting Services Corporation, we are able to provide translation services for your mediation as well as other matters.
What is Mediation? Mediation is a time and cost effective method to encourage and facilitate the resolution of a dispute between the parties. Parties control the outcome of the mediation. The participants can be creative in formulating a resolution and are part of the solution.
