David Friedman is a Certified Mediator in the State of Florida by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida.
Mr. Friedman is an attorney, member of the Florida Bar since 1974 and the Federal Bar; Southern District of Florida since 1975. Mr. Friedman received his B.B.A. from the University of Miami in 1969 and his Jurist doctor from the University of Miami in 1973.
Immediately prior to affiliating with Center For Conflict Resolution, Mr. Friedman was the supervisor of and adjunct mediator for State Mediators, Workers’ Compensation, District K of Florida (1994-2007).
Prior relevant work experience included an associate ship with Gars, Dixon & Shapiro, a prominent civil ligation firm headquartered in Miami, Florida.
Mr. Friedman, in addition to facilitating Workers’ Compensation disputes facilitates disputes ranging from family, real property, personal injury and bankruptcy matters.
