Mr. Miele has a vast array of mediation experience as a result of his twenty years of involvement in the insurance industry in one capacity or another.
Mr. Miele holds an All Lines Adjuster’s license with a Board Certification.
Prior to his affiliation with Center for Conflict Resolution, Mr. Miele was employed by Summit Claims Management since 1992. He was the Litigation Claims Supervisor since inception and in 1998 he took on the added responsibility of the Mediation Supervisor for the State of Florida. In this capacity, Mr. Miele has participated in well over one thousand mediations.
Additionally, Mr. Miele was the United States Longshore and Harborworker Claims Supervisor for Summit Management.
