Vivian Taranco Carsello

Vivian Taranco Carsello has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida since 2002 as a circuit court mediator. Ms. Carsello received her Juris Doctor as well as Bachelor of Science Degree with high honors from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.

Prior to her affiliation with the Center for Conflict Resolution, Ms. Carsello practiced law with the firms of Miller, Kagan, Rodriguez & Silver and with Kelley, Kronenberg, Kelley, Gilmartin and Fichtel. She practiced insurance defense law with a focus on workers’ compensation defense and related matters. Ms. Carsello also represented employers in circuit court on employer liability issues, coverage B issues and third party liens.

Ms. Carsello is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Federal Bar of the Southern District of Florida. In addition, Ms. Carsello is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar and is on the Board of Directors of the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, a non profit organization providing scholarships to needy children.
